I made an EFT payment which did not reflect in my wallet. I emailed a POP and received prompt feedback from Sizwe (approximately 15 minutes after sending the email). He created an overdraft to ensure that my power does not go off while we wait for the payment to get processed by the bank. Amazing service indeed!
