Simon from STSS -- A human angel when you're in need

I could not get the STSS app to work and desperately needed help at night. The only option to speak to an actual person, was when one needed help with an error message ( the only option on the STSS call line with a human on the other side -- I listened to all the options). I selected the error message option in desperation fully expecting to be told I should send an email to STSS support. Simon from STSS answered the call -- and what an amazing surprise! He patiently and with such kindness assisted me not only to get the app working, but staying with me on the line on speaker phone patiently telling me what to do step by step, checking that I obtained my tokens and did not need further assistance. Thank you so much Simon! You restored my faith in humanity. Automation gets 0/10. You, Simon, deserves 20/10 and a raise! Be Blessed.
