Sales doesn't want your business.

Never before have I tried to give a business money, where they are so nonchalant about their potential customers that they do not even have the decency to contact you back.

I have filled out an application form for a 100Mb fiber line and was originally contacted by someone on their end asking if I would like to upgrade my router. I responded and that was the last I heard about this application and it was nearly a week ago now. Just a simple: "we are working on it", would have been fine.

If it wasn't for the fact that they were not already the provider of the silly 5Mb line and prepaid electricity, that was here when I moved into the unit, I would have approached a different ISP which would most likely have gotten back to me before the end of days!

I am not even a customer yet and I hate the service. Let us just pray that something else doesn't go wrong. With their sales department like this, I shudder to think what their support team might be like!

Thank you, much appreciated. However I am not happy about how this was dealt with and the hoops I had to jump through to get a simple reaction. Even an automated response stating that the individual is on leave would have been sufficient to set my expectations. I did reach out to the call centre, it was they who told me to call the sales person...who was on leave...
