Prompt and great customer service

I received prompt and great customer service from both Thabo (Call centre agent) and Cornelis (Financial controller). I had issues with my electricity bill and they assisted me in fixing it immediatetly. They also showed me where the mistake was on my side and how to prevent such from occuring in the future.
