Poor service and ****
These company is a *******, they fixed our prepaid meter and never gave us invoice that we requested so that we can pay for the service but they keep suspending our account.

10 May 2022, 14:21We have investigated the matter and found that a technical process was not completed. We have subsequently addressed the matter internally and have absorbed the cost of the replacement. As such, no amount is due to you in regards to the meter replacement.
