Pathetic service

My Electricity meter just went blank and will not come back on. I cannot load more units. I have called 6 times and Leslie informed me that a technician will come out to be in an hours, 5 days later and the technician still has not come. Leslie from STSS does not take my calls, he does not even return calls.
