Not user friendly
They have good service through their call centre, but the app and whole system is not user friendly at all. Online card payments never work, and sometimes the POP doesn't get delivered, so you remain stuck without power.

We hope to improve the usability of the application especially with regards to any possible internal and external hindrances that affect payment processing. In the interim, please consider making payment by EFT as this option will save you money as they are no associated payment fees.
