No help

Hi there. I’m so disappointed in your service. From the time I lived in Green Oaks the boxes have been faulty at times. At one time we were promised the box would be changed but that didn’t happen. My electricity at unit 37 went off yesterday after numerous attempts to put in the units. I called your call centre last night and was given prompts on how to resolve the issue. The guy then said because it’s displaying low battery, I would need to buy a new one and it will work. Bought a new battery and now the box is showing an error 40. From 3pm this afternoon both me and my flat mate Cloudy , have been calling you and spoke to Lesley. 1st Lesley said the technician is in Springs and will make his way to us as he will also go to unit 33. Called around 5 and either no answer or when the person answers the line is now supposedly bad that they can’t hear me. I have a 2 year old in the house with the nanny, an 11 year old on school holidays and I’m at work. I’ve taken time to try and resolve this with no attempt whatsoever on your end to show any ounce of wanting to help me. When I eventually did slightly hear Lesley , he told me the care taker will come help. I explained to him that the care taker was already in the house to see if he can help further to that where is the technician were told would come? Suddenly the line was bad again and call dropped. I called you guys 9 times with no answer going to an answering prompt to tell me to leave a message and someone will call me back . Last night I did that and did that several times today but no one called back. It’s raining, it’s cold and dark and now need to leave early at work to ensure that my family has eaten in means of buying takeaways, again ask my neighbour for hot water to make milk for the baby and ask my other neighbour to put my food in their fridge. That’s not fair at all. These boxes have been an issue and we always have to be home technician as tenants trying to figure this out when your people say they will come and end up not coming. Lesley said he was going to call me back but he didn’t .I’m yet another night with no electricity and that’s not nice nor fair .
