Nightmare prepaid electricity supplier !!!
Absolute nightmare business to deal with - do not reply to emails - always have excuses for their lack of service or transparency ! Regularly switch off your power supply and then claim your payment is not reflecting on their system ! Their charges are exorbitant - makes Eskom seem cheap.

Regarding the payment delays, be sure to use the proof of payment email address provided specifically for your unit when sending the proof of payment from your banking app, we will then be able to allocate the amount before the bank payment reflects.
