Mismanagement at its worse

We recently were informed that our ANGOR manual utilities account would be managed by STss. However no further info on the costing, the admin, the accounts or administration was provided other than a toddler simple pamphlet. Any other email or phone call into queries were ignored (I have confirmation by one of their staff in writing that they did not response to my emails). Then they go and cut off the power. TWICE. The owner of our unit had to fork out R2000 just to get them to put the lights back on. Thank God for nice landlords such as ours. (Far and few apart) They blame the body corporate that they have signed agreement with, and the tenants, or owners for everything and do not accept any form of responsibility. Johan Barnard, so called General Manager of Sectional Title Support Systems is arrogant (much like most of his call centre staff) and a very obnoxious person. He deflects all queries you have and keeps throwing your own usage report back at you when asking for answers on all the charges. They cannot do easy accounting or debtors books and run accounts on a running balance instead of a month to payment allocation. They (Stss) have also admitted in writing that they (Stss) "are simply the application on which the readings and payments are captured". That the actual work, and manual readings are still done by the estate, while they (Stss) charge you service fees and levies that are meant to go on the property owners' account. NO COMMUNICATION< NO EMPATHY AND NO STYLE in solving anything. I know exactly what the response will be................ don't even bother unless its an apology and proper answers to your charges everyday.
