Leslie Clark - STSS Prepaid
Had a really pleasant service experience with a gentleman called Leslie Clark from STSS.
Called around 10pm in the evening as I was struggling to load my prepaid electricity. The error was on my side as I missed a few digits. But he was so kind enough to calmly help me load this. Answered any questions I had regarding the prepaid me, and went as far as helping me upgrade my prepaid meter. It’s not very often that you get stellar service late at night when you yourself have had a long work day and just want to get to bed.
If this was an in person service it would have most probably been “serve with a smile”.
