Great assistance from Leslie (after hours support)
Leslie was an absolute star ! He was patient, cool calm and collected. I was panicking as the prepaid meter was not loading the prepaid tokens. Very professional. During the time the call got cut and Leslie called me back immediately to resume with assisting me. The entire issue took about 15 mins to resolve, and as there was some additional setup steps required. Give that man a BELLS! And a promotion ! Thank you
