On Friday the 23rd April I had a leak in the toilet that was exorbitantly depleting the prepaid meter at one of my Airbnb homes whilst I was away on holiday. He assisted by contacting the estate Manager to switch off the water manually and assisted with topping up my prepaid until I had an opportunity to pop and get the water leak sorted. The efficiency ensured that I did not have to spend thousands on prepaid meter.
