Excellent customer service!

I was assisted by Shepherd Koza. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Did not close the chat which I started more than 2 hours before resolution of the issue. Their office was actually closed for the the day due to a work function but he became more than a call centre agent on the day, ensuring I got what I needed. The dude even allowed me to come for a collection after hours.

I really appreciate his efforts and excellent customer service! He’s a hero!
