Excellent, awesome service by Lionel Mdhluli

Big up to Lionel, I wanna commend him for the excellent service he provided me with on the night of Christmas, i couldn't load my electricity and the meter box was acting up, but he managed to explain why I experienced that issue and he answered all my queries and I was satisfied by the level of product knowledge he had. He really knows what he's doing. Mr Mdhluli also called me on Monday to follow up and check if I was okay. People like Lionel makes life better. If Stss gives their employees spot vouchers, Lionel deserves one plus a gratitude leave. I'm rating him a 10/10.
