disgusting service from STSS technicians
What a disgusting service from STSS technicians. Metre box not working and they made me wait till 23:15 for a technician only ad he never showed up. Not a call to let me known. 28 Willow Grove. They disgusting and worse service

While it was STss’ intentions to try and assist last night with a site visit, our on-duty Technician was running very late and only returned from repairing a fault after midnight. STss generally does not do site visits after 7pm for safety and security reasons, hence we had to cancel. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused and have dispatched a Technician to try and assist this morning.
