Charged 5 times for the same usage period!
I was charged 5 times for water for the same period. From 25 August to 22 September, I was 5 times for the same physical water meter readings. My water usage was 540kl to 586kl and this same entry appeared 5 times each with a service fee included. How is this smart metering? **** of a company.
