Blocking metered *******y witnout a court order the bull**** we face is south africa

The ********l practice they block your meter if you behind on payment or make arrangments due to this pandemic that messed our fiances up .. but garanteed to recieve payments they block your meter from buying lights i stay with my kids tbey go to school its winter we cannot cook or iron for school i plea with the housing tribunial to entervene the best part is i paid money into sst just for a token to be generated they even deprive you from doing that what agents are allowed to block your meter without a court order i ow sst nothing as this is prepaid this is nothing owing to sst .. never do buisness with this people this is my second complaint and they lie by saying you xan buy lights its unblocked its bull**** the agents dont work weekends they want permission from the agents to generate a token i want this matter taken further
