Blocked my account and charged me R5000 for what!
I am about to buy electricity but when I check my statement it says "System Block by Pieter, Unit 20" on 25 Jan 2018 and a charge of R5000 has been effcted on my account. What the hell is this STSS? No call no nothing, where did you cook up a R5000 charge. I am running out of electricity please rectify this now, I need to buy electricity now!
