Being **********!

It has just come to my attention after some investigation, stss is charging us R1.90 something pkw tariff. I called my body corporate and they bill the complex R1.50 pkw tariff. Thats a massive expensive compared. Stss takes a fee directly off our payment immediately and then on top of that charges us so much for so little. Example, we put in R200 and only recieve +- 100 units. Which only last 4-5 days. With us having a geyser timer and led lights and hardly cooking and never actually even being at home much.. I have brought it to attention to my landlord and we will be removing or changing providers definitely. I would advise to stay clear of stss. I had similar issue with them a couple years ago and got told a bunch of **** and and and. So i left it and thought maybe they could be right. But now with the constant increases they have given us i had a more in-depth look at it all and called around, and all i can say is WOW!! What a ripoff!!! Try use other providers if you can!! Im shocked at how much they *****ing from us!!

Stss Prepaid Metering

Official

STSS Prepaid Metering does not determine the vending rate, we take our instructions from the Body Corporate. We do not deduct any fees, however there are service charges that apply to different payment methods. The most cost effective payment method is a payment made into the ABSA Bank Body Corporate account, via an electronic funds transfer. This method does not attract any service charges and thus the return on the tokens vended is based on the full rand value that the client recharge with. Please note that STSS is not responsible for the tariff increase, the tariff was implemented on the 1st of July 2017, based on instructions received from the Body Corporate. This was done by the Body Corporate in line with the annual municipal tariff increase. You can liaise with your landlord to refer the matter of the tariff to the Body Corporate.

Thats funny cause they tell me the rate is R1.50, so why would they give me a lower rate over phone? Makes no sense... If they decided the rate they would have given me the same answer on rate as you did... Think you guys need to sort it out between the both of you and the landlord. I have also chatted to naughbours and confirmed the rate with them who dont have a prepaid unit. Until this gets resolved i will be pasting post everyday on social media about stss and witfields "our body corporate", of my exact story with prices. We all know how social media can make or break you as a company. So i will give you both 1 week grace period to fix problem before i go public with it and possibly get lawyer involved to do a proper investigation into the matter. You welcome to give me a call and try explain how the two prices can be so far off??? Off being your side by allot!

Problem has been sorted. Thank you Stss for getting to the bottom of my complaint for me. The problem is the Body Corporate "Whitfields", they tried to blame it on Stss, they have been lying through their teeth and i caught them out. Thank you Stss
