Assistance with refund

I’ve rated Simon a 5 stars as he was very friendly and professional in assisting me. He was an absolute star !! However , I requested for a very urgent refund to be done on Monday the 3rd and it is now Friday and I have yet to receive my refund so in that aspect I am very upset with your service
