Appaling service

I would like to bring to your attention the appaling service received from STSS. I needed to load lights last month and they said the munipality was offline and gave me R100 emergency voucher which I paid back into their ABSA account. I loaded lights again and it went in fine, then I needed to load again and they blocked my meter saying I owe them R120. Spoke to Thabo he said it was their mistake and gave me R50 emergency lights again which I paid the next day at ABSA. Tonight when I want to load lights from my bank account the same Thabo informs me I owe them R120 and that I should stick to buying lights using the same method. He was very rude and aggressive over the phone. This behaviour towards clients are unacceptable and uncalled for as I pay my rent every month and can't owe on electricity when it's prepaid. I demand that this matter be resolved immediately because this is making my life uncomfortable and its a waste of my time and airtime calling STSS and emailing them all the time when they clearly can't do their jobs.

We can confirm that all payments made by yourself have been received and allocated accordingly. The account is reflecting a zero balance and there should no longer be a problem when trying to top up your account using the correct meter number.
