Please take note that we have moved out of Westlake Eco Estate end February. STSs. Is still deducting electricity from us although we do not live in the apartment anymore.

Please deregister this account immediately. Although I have been deregistered from the sTss wallet app, I am still getting SMS messages from you that you are deducting electricity from the unit and that we need to tip up the account. I loaded R375 on the sTss app the day we moved out as my exit agreement stated we have to leave R100 on the meter. STss has deducted more than that in the last 4 days as the last e-mail indicate that the balance is now going to a negative balance and electricity will be cut.
