Robed by Strictly VW East London

I sent my car as it had a terrible noise that any person can hear when the engine is on and to service the car and was told to wait while they are doing the diagnosis. I waited for 45 min and was told that the noise comes from the Timing pully which i agreed that they can change if that is the problem.

At around 16h00 I was called to come collect the car but when I arrived the same problem of the bad noise is still in the car and was charged R5995 which I complained but was given a vaig and bully answer which does not even surface to me. The sound is so evident even if the car is cold or hot.
