I set up a monthly debit order as requested and made regular payments. What Went Wrong: During the arrangement, I discovered that creditors were not receiving payments despite me paying the company each month. I received multiple calls from my banks asking why payments weren't being made on my restructured accounts. I submitted a formal complaint in September 2024 via email. While the company did refund some money shortly after, the core issue – ensuring creditors received payments – was not resolved. Termination & Documentation: I decided to terminate the arrangement and requested a Form 17.W (the required termination document for debt counselling). The company delayed providing this and when I finally received it in August 2026, it was marked 'SUSPENDED' rather than 'TERMINATED' – which misrepresented how the arrangement ended. Impact: Creditors were not paid as promised My account records were inaccurately labeled I had to escalate the matter to the NCR (National Credit Regulator) to obtain proper documentation What Could Have Been Better: Ensuring creditors actually received my payments Processing termination requests promptly Providing accurate documentation reflecting the actual status I do not recommend this service based on my experience."</div>
