WORST!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Yesterday morning I got a call from the balju that he is at our house, to collect our car. We started with Debt Rescue in 2019 and one of the accounts we are paying through them is Mercedes. We were never contacted by Strauss Daly or Mercedes to say that there is an amount that is in arrears, but they've gone so far to send the balju to collect our car. When the guy contacted me yesterday it was the first time to hear about this! We just had to hand over the car. After many calls, I spoke to someone in the finance department at Mercedes and I paid the amount immediately last night (this is an amount separate from what Debt Rescue is paying them every month - still has no idea where is comes from, because now they do not reply to my emails) My car had fuel in when the guy took it, but today when we collected the car, it was empty and the car of R1000 000.00 was parked outside for the night! Strauss Daly can maybe start by giving their employees training on what the steps are before you send the balju to collect anything from anyone. You ever heard of phone calls? Maybe you guys can try that, then you will also not have so many negative comments and experiences here on hellopeter. By reading all of the bad comments here, I would not recommend ever! Or maybe Mercedes and all the other companies can try using a legal company, where the employees knows what they are doing.
