Useless and *********** company ever!!!

This company deserves and award on being the most *********** company ever. They’ve been sending me emails about settling my account I then settled my account and then the following month I am told they have not received payment and yet I sent them the proof of payment reflecting the settlement amount. Such incompetence is really frustrating especially when dealing with such a crucial matter (money). Please pull up your socks and know your story. Hire people who know how to do the job and stop annoying people. You guys are useless and driving me nuts honestly!!!
