They then proceeded to take our money from the interest we earned to give to the seller in lieu of occupational rent, even though the delays of over 2 months were directly caused by the seller. We were also *********ed by Petra braash they would not proceed with lodging registration, unless we paid rent, even though the rent was never part of sales agreement. We are now out of substantial amount of money, as the ********ly kept our money in instruction from their client the seller. In conclusion and making a ling story short, if you want aggravation, frustration and loss in your life. This is the way to do it. Please be careful and think twice.
