UNRELIABLE COMPANY -0 STAR

Strauss Daly Attorneys acting on behalf of Ackermans has been sending threaten SMS that further action will be taken if I don't pay, I'm on disability and they have caused me so much of anxiety that is not good for my recovery. PEOPLE NEEDS TO BE AWARE that you pay the debt yet the debt collectors records are not correct, I have paid 11 payments but according to them I only paid 5 payments, the balance never goes down it just remains the same. You can not get a straight answer from this company going back to me transaction history on my bank account proofs that I paid yet there records does not show that, wonder if we dealing with a goverment owned company or school children that can not calculate(grade R) ,when I contacted them the person responding does not seem to read the messages just due balance , I must now pay for bank statement to send them the proof I paid yet this is done via EFT. THIS IS A CLASS -0 company . then I get SMS stating I made arrangements to pay R100 on a due date , which I have not been contacted by anyone of them or agreed on any amount, We all struggling with debt and to put a sickly person under more mental stress is a form of ABUSE.
