UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE!!

Ronelle Jutu from Strauss Daly Cape town asked her so nicely to put it on email she promised an undelivered. I then made payment now they quick to ask for proof of payment and to come send another letter stating I never made payment she's rude and unprofessional on the phone. doesn't know how to speak, no customer service what so ever demanding to suck people dry and this is what you get!! SO HOW CAN PEOPLE STILL CALL IN WHEN THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET.
