Unprofessional and poor service

I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Strauss Daly Attorneys in Bellville. I constantly had to follow up in order to be assisted. The level of communication and professionalism is appalling. I was not informed when the Conveyancing Secretary that was assisting me left. There was no handover. Emails would be shared with missing attachments. Queries were not addressed on time or to my satisfaction. I would follow up several times before getting a response. They didn't even try. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with them.
