Unprofessional

How is it possible that they give you a discountof 45%. I made arrangements that I will pay the end of July at the absa branch. Which I did I smet the proof of payment and it has been acknowledged as I sent proof of payment. Now I'm getting calls with outstanding payments. The 1st agent I spoke to says she can see payment wasade as she will request paid up letter and that it will reflect in 7-14 working days (not making sense as she can se e it has been paid). Today again a call that agent was so unprofessional and put down on my ear.. I called back and this agent aid she will tell manager etc. So I want feedback cos I messaged them on whatsapp and emailed proof of payment. I sent them the sms they sent me with the discount they gave me. So how the hell does this company work. No replies now on whatsapp just bluetick. Someone better dort this out cos you guys are messing with my credit
