Unfair blacklisting

I bought the house through Standard Bank. The house was in arrears they put judgement on my name. I paid those arrears in full and I am still paying the bond. I called them to remove me from the trans union because their account is up to date. They gave me the letter saying the account is up to date. But they can't remove my name which puzzle me because the reason for me to be blacklisted was because I had arrears on my account, now is up to date. I feel like they using their power wrong over me. I want them to release power they have over me.
