Totally useless (NO FEEDBACK, NO ACTIVITY)

I cannot believe the TERRIBLE service I am getting from Strauss Daly Attorneys. They are dealing with my conveyancing matter on behalf of Nedbank. I sent them my FICA documents together with all signed transfer documents in the first week of MAY 2018. It is now going to mid-July 2018 but nothing has happend yet. I have even paid their fees. There is no feedback at all, there is no activity at all. Every time I phone or email their less than average performing Conveyancing Paralegal (Noelene Manique), I get some stupid story about how she is waiting for this or that. How can an organisation with a reputation like theirs be so amateurish? How can such a person as Noelene be allowed to waste time on people's matters for as long as she has wasted time on my matter? White firms only work for white people. Black person wake up and start your own. Too bad I had no choice on who to deal with from the bank's side. These people do not deserve my money. Not after this. Noelene Manique is an excuse of an official. I have had to look for another place to stay because of her and her office's incompetence or deliberate skin based performance.
