Strauss daly ignoring my texts

Goo day,

I received an sms from strauss daly stating that i was given a discount to pay off my ackerman's account which i had been struggling to pay. so i was supposed to pay R 642.00 which is the discounted amount i did and i got my paid up letter which i lost due to phone being ******. I then went on to check my profile and i found that ackerman,s tecnacity still appears under my debts as if i did not pay it up..i then whatsapped this number *** to ask them for a copy of my paid up letter and also asked them to remove the debts under my name because i paid up all they did was blue tick my messages and not respond i have texted them again and they still not responding am really not happy with this....I have been struggling financially and finally i am trying to take control of my debts and finances and pay up my debts and this is the services i get??
