they are incosidered of people who is placed in a situation where they cant pay their debt. I asked for a settlement offer on my woolworths account. kindly note the limit I had on the was only R1700.

They said I can seattle for R1054. I paid R542 over but could not get money together to pay the other R542.

Now they want R1500 from me and I said I dont have it now they are harassing me with a summons against my property (which I dont have anything)

This Mr Tertius pillay recons he does not have to give me dissount and he wants the full AMOUNT. so september it was R1054 I paid R542 = R542 now they want R1500!! They would rather get a summons and get no movable or immovable property and goes home with R0. then to help a person with a AMOUNT to pay and settle a account

The only reply I got from him is that you do not give discounts on settlements. Which is bull****. Everyone has the right to negotiate a settlement AMOUNT on a account. If you do not have the R1500 you do not have it.
