I made a payment on the 17th of April towards my finchoice account with the details they gave me and the details i have been using for the last 5 to 6 months their employees harrass me 3 times a day asking when am i gonna make a payment i then tell them i have and i sent them the proof of payment via whatsapp and email yet they still harass me i made a payment i have sent them proof of payment multiple time what more can i do they are *****ing our money their staff is arrogant and rude they do not respond to whatsapp messages and then they charge you a service fee everytime they call you over their mistakes and their people not being able to do their jobs this is being *****
