Honestly, I don’t like this incompetency, I'm sick and tired of explaining myself, on emails and calls, they also have *********** Consultants who never listens...Absa never bother to contact me, instead i m getting numerous calls from this company and they don't get my point. how can you say someone owes you when they overpay every month? and still unable to use the same card one is paying. i keep telling them i pay over and above what is expected but they keep asking for more. they keep charging me interests too.
