Settlement letter takes ages to get

This company is very quick to send hounds to call you for money, but very slow to give me a settlement letter. I wasted airtime every odd week calling and I am always told it has been requested, how ****ing hard can it be? This is account is subsequently send to another attorney company who have now listed me on an account I settled with STRAUSS DALY? Can someone please get me my settlement letter?
