Rude people, no feedback

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Strauss Daly were supposed to transfer my propoerty onto my name in August last year and the full monies were paid to them almost immediately. It is now May and we have lost out on rent and interest on our money and now they want us to pay them for their fees and are hassling us whereas we were getting absolutely no feedback from them before. They are rude, ignore emails, and I absolutely will never deal with them again, especially Ms Karen Goronovsky. I will be taking this matter further. I do not thik that it is fair that the simple transfer cases get such little attention, almost as if we are not worth their time. No thank you, I will go somewhere else next time.</span></p>
