Proof of Agreement Contract/Record of Advice

Strauss Daly Attorneys has been calling me since last year, I always ask for one proof that I owe Absa their client. Strauss Daly Attorneys would you please provide me with a call recording or contract that you are claiming it is in default. According to FAIS Act a recording must be kept for a period of 5 years. If you can provide me with proof I would really appreciate it. Lastly please stop telling to go to Absa they know they story. Just a friendly suggestion, your system should have notes so the next consultant can see what was the last conversation. You cannon ask me the repeat myself everyday I am not working for you and is very unprofessional and annoying.
