Please give me my paid up letters

My 2 finchoice accounts were handed over to this Strauss company. This company then gave me a settlement discount. A day later I paid the discounted amounts for 2 of my accounts fully! At a later stage I called to ask them to send me my paid-up letters, only to be held up on the line. Now another company is calling me, telling me that those finchoice accounts have been handed over to them! What in the world!? Daly Strauss Attorneys, please clear my name!!!
