Pathetic customer experience from Tulisiwe Sopangisa

Such a pathetic customer experience and so frustrating! I called in and spoke with Tulisiwe Sopangisa who was not helpful at all. Because I passed the phone to my husband so he can speak on my behalf she refused to talk to him even though I gave authorisation. She blatantly kept saying she can't speak to him. I took the phone back and said that I will speak with her since she don't want to talk to him and she kept talking over me and was not willing to help. She just wanted me to get off the phone. I hope her calls are being listened to because she needs to get dismissed for having an attitude with clients that needs assistance. Please reach out to me because I want to take this further if not actions will be taken against you as a company. I expect this agent to call me and apologize for the way she spoke! And I would like to see actions taken against her if she is not dismissed! I'm really unhappy and will be making this go viral if nobody contacts me immediately.
