Paid up letter for loan but they harass me for outstanding amount

I have a paid up letter from RCS bit Strauss Daly keep on emailing me and calling me about an outstanding Balance. I have sent the letter through 3 times. I have emailed to advise it is poad up, I have even told them over the phone. They are still harassing me. I don't know what else to do. Their service is pathetic
