They only show great determination when pestering you about payments or collecting them but very *********** when coming to other stuff. I’ve been calling multiple times, asking for my statement. I’ve made payments towards my MTN account but my balance is still not updated at MTN yet Strauss Daly has been debiting. The consultant/admin always promise to send the statement “right now” but never do. I’m tired of going back and forth.
