NO BUYERS OR SELLERS SHOULD AGREE TO BE SERVICED BY STRAUSS DALY

I’ve been dealing with the office for a space of 8 months on 1 property deal which is cash and both buyer and sellers have signed all relevant documentation. The buyer was promised that her funds, the purchase price, will be invested for her which they weren’t.As the selling agent I have tried to communicate with the attorneys regarding the progress of the matter only to find out that the conveyancer whom was supposed to be handling the file,didn’t see the need to attend to it and left it with the Paralegal whom the office is now blaming her for the bad services while it happened during the presence of qualified attorneys

It has been 8 months full and they attorneys have been making empty promises to the buyer and seller only for the benefit of the agreement the attorneys have with another Estate agent,1ST Rate Properties.1ST Rates Properties has an agreement with Strauss Dally Attorneys that every deal they instruct the office to transfer,the Agency will benefit as some way or another

The seller advised Strauss Daly Attorneys the she taking the matter to another attorneys to transfer the property and Strauss Daly Attorneys a Barend Kruger did whatever he wanted in-spite the sellers instructions not to proceed with the matter anymore and hand over the files by close of Business 24 March 2021

They even refused to reimburse the buyer on the loss of interest on her money and said that’s not their problem that the funds were not invested

To all buyers and seller DONT AGREE TO USE STRAUSS DALY ATTORNEYS CAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS BUT THE AGENCY AND THE AGENT REFERRING BUSINESS TO THEIR OFFICE CAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS FEELINGS OR CONCERNS
