making me pay too much

this company is not fair at all ,i had accounts of finchoice namely homechoice as they mix names to convince us ,i paid till when iam am about to finish both accounts are standing at about +_R2000 now ,last month i was contacted by other attorneys saying my account is being handed over and the amount mentioned is the amount i started paying to strauss ,so it means i must start over the account ,i have been calling to ask for statements i never recieve one ,i think this is how this attorneys target us and make money but i want to advice i wont pay untill i get statements cause now i know they will say to me interest is added ,we wont stop paying when using tis people i am hopeless and bored
