Lawyers renaging on deal

On 28 November 2014 I bought a property at the Roodepoort Sheriff on Auction. About 2-3 weeks later I was contacted and informed that the Bank Cancelled the sale, but the notice was received late by the lawyers and the Sheriff was not informed before the sale, that it should be cancelled. I was asked if I am willing to cancel the sale. I rep**** that I was not happy, as I now have a missed a great opportunity to make money, but if it could be done ASAP I would be willing to stand back and cancel if they repay me my Deposit, VAT, Sheriffs Commission plus an additional R5000 for my loss. They agreed and we signed an agreement to this effect. Since the beginning of 2015 year I have been trying to get my refund and R5000 paid to me, to no avail. The person in charge of this has changed to the 3rd one and still I cannot get a firm answer or commitment as to when I will be paid. Extremely frustrating as I have lost a huge opportunity and did everyone a favor by standing back. Nice to be rewarded in this manner. If this is the attitude of the lawyers I would like to cancel the arrangement and go ahead to register the property in my name, as they have not kept to their end of the agreement
