Law firm driving ****s and taking people's money

This company seems to be a complete ****! Extremely ********* and terrible service. I made a payment arrangement with them to pay off my MTN account and money was debited yet MTN has no record of the account being handed over to them. I called them and the consultant was also confused and kept telling me they were handing me over to speak to their supervisor, yet I was put on hold to no avail. I sent emails about the issue, and no one has responded yet the money has left my account! This is both unauthorised and highly concerning, as it goes against standard industry practice and may contravene the National Credit Act and/or regulations enforced by the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
