Irate customers who was handed over

So my account was handed over to Strauss daly attorneys let me tell you I’ve made payment in June but these people didn’t want to send my paid up letter the level of disrespect and childishness in those consultants. They were so unprofessional and kept on shouting at me as if I’m a child. When you call back they hung up as if my mater was not important. I’m so annoyed and stressed out coz till date my name is not cleared. Those consultant don’t know what they doing they scream at customer then hang up the call without any assistance. I manage to get my paid up letter however since June my name is not cleared.
